4 Basic Nutrition Guidelines

Eating is easy, right? You just put some food in your mouth, chew, and swallow! The rest is automatic.

... Well, that's only partially correct. 

We live in a world where we're constantly bombarded by chemicals, toxins, and other assaults from daily food and product use. Over time, we accumulate toxic buildup which presents itself as symptoms. 

This is why it's so important to regularly cleanse (remove toxicity from) your body to prevent illness and dis-ease.

Because we are all made differently, we each have our own, unique set of guidelines to follow in regards to nutrition and wellness.

There are, however, a few basic guidelines which will help you navigate what changes are best for you specifically;

  1. Eat predominantly natural, alive, and high-quality food.
  2. Chew your food thoroughly. 
  3. Allow your body time to digest between meals.
  4. Sit down and relax before and during mealtime.

Applying these 4 simple guidelines will improve your body's ability to easily absorb nutrients from your food.  You'll remove chemical and toxic assault on your body's systems, and allow time for your cells, nerves and tissues to repair and heal.


The next time you sit down for a meal, count how many chews it takes you to turn one bite of food into liquid. That will be a properly masticated bite of food!
