Depending on the needs and experience of each student, custom programs are designed for each individual focusing on their goals.
 
Hatha, vinyasa, yin, Nidra, restorative, meditation and pranayama the main styles offered by Amy.
Regardless of the style selected, each class is based on the philosophy of Ahimsa (non-violence). The emphasis is to open the body and create space by elongating and mobilizing the spine, as well as developing full body/mind awareness.

I am +500-hr RYT certified, First Aid / CPR certified, and have liability insurance.
