Class Descriptions

Freedom Flow - register

All-levels yoga class - no yoga experience necessary.

Each class begins with short guided meditation followed by a deep drop into our bodies. We will flow through some traditional yoga moves as well as some more primitive, organic movement.

This yummy yoga class will leave you with a melty body, a calm mind and ready to conquer the week.

The Peak Pose - register

Intermediate/advanced class - regular yoga practice is recommended.

Here we will deconstruct basic and advance postures through a deeper awareness of alignment, body movement and breath.

Come ready to learn, play, grow, explore and fall!

*Also an excellent class for those interested in diving deeper into their yoga practice.

Hot Flow Yoga - learn more

Classes are heated to a moderate around 30 - 35 °C. These are all-levels classes with options of modifications for more advanced students. 

All-Levels Vinyasa - learn more

As the title suggests, this class is open to all yogis - new and experienced. 

Non-heated, we will flow through sun salutations and variations to open and strengthen your body, calm your mind, and gain a deeper awareness of your breath.
